If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations (30 days), the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

14. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services without prior notice.

15. DISCLAIMER
